The men's basketball team at Northview High School has been a passion project for several years now; beginning in 2020. Highly regarded as a very talented team, the overall goal of this project involved creating a comprehensive suite of marketing assets to enhance the team’s visibility, engage the community, and strengthen their brand identity.
While game attendance within the local community was hardly an issue, there was a distinct lack of reach beyond that community; typically referring to college recruiters, and prospective students. The aim of these marketing assets was not only to increase the overall reach of the men's basketball team, but also to provide the existing players with an opportunity to highlight and showcase their skills in an effort to continue playing basketball at a higher level. 
Since providing team and individual player assets, multiple players have been offered college-level team spots, as well as scholarships and opportunities beyond high school basketball. These individual assets include photos, gifs, and player highlight videos.

'2023 Hype Video'

"Hype Videos" were also created yearly, with the intention of attracting attention for players and scheduled games. A "master" video was created for "hype" purposes, while smaller, "game day" videos were used to signify the day games were scheduled on social media. 

'2024 Game Day Variation 1' includes additional animated graphics for a stylistic approach.

'2024 Game Day Variation 2' removes additional animated graphics for a more realistic approach.

'2023 Game Day'

Multiple variations of game day videos were created, in order to provide a unique viewing experience for every post, as well as prevent viewers from getting bored. Every video also highlighted a different player, providing a "spotlight" effect on their skills and accomplishments in order to assist in recruiting measures.
